Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at NORI JOYERIA. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Products may be returned 14 calendar days from the date you received it. Items may be returned for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item contact us via email at info@shopvinori.com and title the subject of your e-mail “Return” followed by your order number. Provide with the reason for your return and/or item that you would like to exchange it for.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon arrival at info@shopvinori.com. Title the subject of your email “Damaged Items” followed by your order number. Please provide us with clear pictures of the damaged item(s) for review. Nori Joyería will then determine if the items are eligible for an exchange and provide you with any options available.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be in the form of a store credit via a Nori Joyería e-gift card. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit in the form of a Nori Joyería e-gift card.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
